We want our customers to shop with confidence, which is why we offer exchange or refund in the event you change your mind or the item you have ordered is not suitable. All returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests should be made by emailing us using at email@example.com, and using “Return Request” within the subject field.
When your return is received, and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels and original packaging, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of returning your item will be borne by you.
STEDI HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED GOOGLE TRUSTED STORE STATUS!
We were recently selected to join the Google Trusted Stores program. To help shoppers identify online merchants that offer great shopping experiences, the Google Trusted Store badge is awarded to e-commerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service. When visiting the STEDI website, shoppers will see a Google Trusted Stores badge and can click on it for more information.
We are thrilled to be awarded this badge, which was no easy feat. Merchants who are awarded the badge must process a minimum of 600 transaction within a 90 day rolling period, with consistent fast shipping and high customer service levels.
As an added benefit, when a shopper make a purchase at a Google Trusted Store, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then in an unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google's help, and Google will work with STEDI and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to $1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.
Google Trusted Stores is entirely free for shoppers. The program helps online stores like STEDI attract new customers, increase satisfaction and differentiate ourselves by showing off our excellent service via the badge on our website.
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.
We take every possible step to ensure that your item is in 100% working order when you receive it. This includes testing prior to packaging at a manufacturing level, and one last time by our warehouse team prior to dispatching. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so if your item is faulty our policy is as follows:
- You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major fault.
- If the fault is minor and can be repaired within a reasonable time, it is at the seller's discretion to either repair, replace or refund.
- If the fault is major and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, the buyer has the option to choose a refund, repair or replacement.
Definition of Major and Minor faults; A Major fault is a defect that cannot be repaired with a reasonable time. A minor fault is a defect which is easily repairable in a short period of time.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused through, neglect or misuse or if the item was used in manner outside of its intended purpose. We will be unable to honour any warranty claims in the event that it is found that the item has been tampered with.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL
If your item is dead on arrival (D.O.A) you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement at your discretion. Once you have returned your item, we will email you the outcome of our inspection within 48-72 hours.
Please request an Authority to return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order reference number.
- Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without a return authority.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our STEDI's warehouse. So please take care when packaging the item.
POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
If your item is found to have manufacturers fault, return postage will be covers by us. For all returns that fall outside of faults, the cost of the return is borne by the purchaser. .
Please note that if it is determined that your item has become defective as a result of misuse, STEDI reserves the right to request any postage expense it may have incurred prior to releasing the goods back to you.
Our warranty does not apply to any bonus, or free items that may have been bundled with your item.
