We want our customers to shop with confidence, which is why we offer exchange or refund in the event you change your mind. However,all returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests should be made by emailing us using firstname.lastname@example.org, and using “Return Request” within the subject field.
When your return is received, and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels and original packaging is unopened, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of returning your item will be borne by you.
Please request an Authority to return by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your order reference number.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our STEDI's warehouse. So please take care when packaging the item.
POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
If your item is found to have manufacturers fault, we will reimburse you any reasonable cost in returning the item. If your item was delivered with FREE Post, the cost of returning the item is borne by the purchaser. If your item was picked up from our warehouse, it is at the buyer's expense to return the item, unless cost of returning, removing or transporting is significant as a result of the dimensions, size, or weight of the good being excessive.
Please note that if it is determined that your item has become defective as a result of misuse, STEDI reserves the right to request any postage expense it may have incurred prior to releasing the goods back to you.
Our warranty does not apply to any bonus, or free items that may have been bundled with your item.
